♦A dog named Bunny made her journey to Save The Animals Rescue Team II (START II) approximately 2 months ago from Texas. START II is a local non-profit, no-kill, animal rescue shelter located in Englewood, NJ. Since the volunteers were never given anything on her background other than that she was found wandering in a yard and is approximately 11 months old, volunteers estimate Bunny to be a Terrier Mix. Despite what her sad past may have been, START II opened up their doors and hearts to welcome Bunny and give her a fresh, new and happy start in life. Bunny is an amazing dog with all the right qualities for any family to have as a new addition. She is very energetic as she is basically an older puppy and needs a fenced in yard. Do you like to jog or hike? Perhaps Bunny could be your partner! Bunny loves adults and children of all ages and other dogs. Volunteers feel perhaps a home with slightly older children would be best due to her energy level and size. One thing to note is that Bunny is not 100 percent house trained, so she would need someone to help train her in that area. She is, however, spayed and up to date on all routine shots. Please call the shelter to meet Bunny. All it will take is one look at that sweet furry face and those ears, and you will be in love! Bunny and her friends are waiting to meet you! ♦Gina, a sweet adorable cat approximately 1 year old, is being fostered for Save The Animals Rescue Team II (START II). This enchanting feline loves to be petted, adores her foster siblings, and she especially loves to play with her feather fishing rod. Why Gina has not been adopted, no one knows but we do know her forever family is out there. Who can resist those eyes? Gina is just a bit shy at first to new people, so her idea parents would be someone who understands her needs as she will eventually warm up to new people. She is a cat lover's dream and will make a great addition to just about any household. Gina is up to date on all routine shots, spayed and litterbox trained and is waiting to meet you.
